“You’re a nice man,” is the phrase made famous by the kind-hearted, yet dim-witted, Fenwick Babbitt. To his credit, Babbitt does try hard. Too hard at times. He's worked hard to be a good employee at the bakery and the kitchen, but try as he might, it always ends in disaster. Babbitt doesn't have a mean bone in his body, and is (painfully) honest with everyone. His brilliant, athletic quiz show performance netted him $75,000, only to have it taken all away when he revealed that the sponsor was his uncle. If Babbitt wasn’t so hilarious, one might actually feel bad for him.
