It's funny how I posted a topic regarding getting hold of the forum moderator on here almost TWO years ago now, and still NO reply from anyone taking care of this site or from Jackie Gleason Enterprises... if there is ANYONE out there monitoring this website, please answer us this; WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?????... when they launched this website back on Jackie's birthday in 2008 it seemed like there were big plans on keeping the memory of Jackie Gleason alive on the Internet... but since a long time ago we haven't seen any latest developments... I guess if I want to see that I have to let my pants out every other day... lol...
I mean, COME ON!... what's the deal Jackie Gleason Enterprises?!... you got us all excited for nothing more than a BIG let down with this website... and BELIEVE ME, I'm NOT the only one that feels this way, AT ALL!... ask anyone who is a fan, and that has been coming to this website for any length of time... they ALL feel the SAME way... I KNOW it's true because we have this discussion on other message boards online related to Jackie Gleason and The Honeymooners...
anyway, I guess we're ALWAYS going to be in the dark with Jackie Gleason Enterprises... we just have to accept it as fans... it's just SO sad that they're letting his memory just dwindle away to nothing!... but I guess it doesn't matte because with or without this website, Jackie and ALL of his amazing work lives on inside of us die-hard fans forever...

I am a record collector and I have several copies of Music for Lovers Only on Capitol Records on vinyl and I am looking for one of the later versions of that record where they went back and added some piano and different string parts. Also the trumpet playing by Bobby Hackett is more in the front of the recording and less in an echo chamber. Any info. regarding this other version of Gleason's record would be very much appreciated.
